These terms apply to all projects and services delivered by Nexora Digital Solutions.
Work begins once the scope has been agreed in writing and the initial deposit received. Clients provide content, brand assets and access required to complete the work.
Projects require a deposit before work commences, with the balance payable before launch or handover. Monthly services are billed in advance and continue until cancelled.
The agreed proposal defines the deliverables. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or changes in direction may be billed at the applicable rate.
Either party may cancel a project in writing. Work completed to the date of cancellation remains payable and deposits are non-refundable.
On full payment, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to the client. Nexora retains rights to underlying frameworks, tooling and reusable components.
Hosting is provided on a subscription basis. Non-payment may result in suspension of hosted services after reasonable notice.
Domains registered on behalf of a client remain the property of that client and can be transferred on request, subject to registrar rules.
Maintenance plans cover updates, backups, monitoring and support as described in the relevant plan. New features are quoted separately.
Nexora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.
